Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni (Grade 12) Introduction

Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni (Grade 12) alloy is a kind of low alloying Ti - Mo - Ni alloy which improves the crack corrosion performance of pure titanium. The alloy contains 0.5% Mo and 0.8% Ni, which not only strengthens the alloy, but also has good anti-crevice corrosion performance for high temperature, low PH chloride and weak reductive acid. Its corrosion resistance is significantly better than that of pure titanium and close to TA9 alloy. Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni alloy has been widely used in chemical industry. The alloy can be used in annealing. Its main products are titanium sheets, titanium rods, titanium tubes, forging and titanium wires.
