Disadvantages: the disadvantages of platinum and rhodium thermocouple are thermoelectric potential, low thermoelectric potential rate, low sensitivity reading, low mechanical strength under high temperature, very sensitive to pollution, precious metal materials are expensive, thus large one-time investment.
