High strength titanium alloy refers to titanium alloy whose tensile strength is between 1100 and 1400MPa at room temperature. The first to be used in industry is Ti13V11Cr3Al substabilized bionic titanium alloy, whose tensile strength at room temperature reaches 1350MPa. Later, Ti15V3Cr3A13Sn, a cold-formed plate titanium alloy, and Ti8V6Cr4Mo3A14Zr, a semi-stabilized bionic high strength titanium alloy, are developed.

Later, ti-15v-3cr-3al-3sn, a cold-formed sheet titanium alloy, and ti-8v-6cr-4mo-3a1-4zr, a semi-stable and high-strength titanium alloy for spring and fasteners. Ti-10v - 2fe-3al high strength titanium alloy is a forged titanium alloy with high structure efficiency, high reliability and low manufacturing cost, which is developed to meet the need of damage tolerance design principle. Three kinds of tensile strength and fracture toughness of the alloy can be achieved by different solution aging treatment. It also has excellent forging technology performance, can be in 760-800 degrees Celsius isothermal or hot die forging, precision or semi-precision die forging. It can work for a long time under 320 degrees Celsius, and has been widely used in the manufacture of aircraft landing gear, fuselage and wings of various important force structure.
