Electronics and Heat Dissipation (Main Application): Vapor Chambers: Approximately 0.03mm thick titanium foil is used as the upper/lower cover plate or capillary wick support layer for the VC cavity of smartphones, laptops, and 5G/AI chips. Replacing some copper foil reduces weight and provides resistance to mild corrosion.

Electromagnetic Shielding: Ultra-thin titanium foil is attached to the inside of precision instruments or modules to provide mild electromagnetic interference shielding while avoiding ferromagnetic interference. Electroacoustic Diaphragms: High-fidelity loudspeakers and monitor speakers utilize the high rigidity and low density of titanium foil to achieve a clear high-frequency response. Miniature Capacitors/Sensor Substrates: Used as electrodes for miniature thin-film capacitors or substrates for MEMS sensors, especially requiring corrosion resistance.

New Energy and Electrochemical Electrolysis/Electroplating Substrates: Used as corrosion-resistant anode or cathode substrates in chlor-alkali industries and hydrometallurgical electrolytic cells (often requiring surface coatings such as RuO₂/IrO₂). PEM (Polymer Ester) for water electrolysis and hydrogen production: Serving as a diffusion layer or current collector auxiliary layer in electrolyzers, it resists acidic electrolyte corrosion. Research on novel battery current collectors: Laboratory trials are underway using ultrathin titanium foil as a negative electrode current collector for lithium-ion batteries (replacing copper foil) to improve electrolyte corrosion resistance and safety (not yet commercially available on a large scale). Chemical, marine, and environmental applications: Plate heat exchanger (PHE) heat transfer plates: Ultrathin titanium foil, corrugated and pressed, is used in marine and seawater desalination plate heat exchangers, relying on a TiO₂ passivation film on the surface to resist seawater and Cl⁻ corrosion. Reactor/tank linings: Corrosion-resistant lining films for strong acid/alkali storage containers, protecting the carbon steel substrate. Microporous filter membrane support: Titanium foil, laser-drilled or etched to create a strong acid/alkali resistant filter membrane support framework, used for sterile filtration in pharmaceuticals or chemicals.

Medical and biomedical implant auxiliary materials: titanium mesh for bone repair, base foil for dental repair membranes (must meet ISO 5832/GB 13810 biocompatibility standards), 0.015~0.03mm specifications suitable for encapsulation or composite use. Medical packaging/shielding: radiation shielding auxiliary layer or special sterilization instrument encapsulation foil. Aerospace and high-end manufacturing thermal protection/insulation layers: local thermal insulation foil or heat-resistant blanket interlayer material for spacecraft and aero-engine nacelles, resistant to temperature changes from -196~500℃. Vacuum coating carriers: high-purity titanium foil substrates/evaporation source carriers for PVD/CVD coating. Scientific research samples: superconducting thin film (such as NbTi) substrates, ultrathin standards for materials research.
