Niobium foil is a thin sheet material made of the metal niobium with the following main characteristics:

Thickness and purity : The thickness of niobium foil is typically 0.127 mm (0.005 inches), and after annealing treatment, the purity reaches 99.8% (metal-based).

Physical properties : Niobium foil features a high melting point (2467 ℃), a high boiling point (4740 ℃), a high specific gravity (8.6), and excellent corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, deformation resistance, and thermal conductivity.

Application fields : Niobium foil is widely used in the electronics industry, chemical processes, high-pressure sodium lamp manufacturing, aviation and aerospace industries, etc. Niobium foil, for example, can be used as a reflector for high-pressure sodium lamps, reaction vessels for chemical processes, heat exchanger tubes and reactor interior components, etc.
