The layered Ti-Ni shape memory composite material and its preparation method belong to the technical field of functional composite material preparation; Pure titanium and pure nickel were used as the initial raw materials. Titanium and nickel plates were pretreated on the surface, cumulative composite rolling and diffusion annealing, and controlled cooling was used to prepare multiphase multilayer shape memory composite materials, including Ti layer in the outermost layer, Ti Ni layer in the Ti layer and Ni layer. The shape memory composite prepared by this method has the characteristics of high specific strength, good plastic toughness, high fatigue strength, strong interface bonding, excellent electrical conductivity, non-magnetic, non-toxic, high corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility and so on. The preparation method of the invention has the advantages of simple process and convenient operation.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a layered Ti-Ni shape memory composite material, which comprises the preparation of the layered Ti-Ni shape memory composite material.

Specifically, the method includes titanium sheet and nickel plate as raw materials, using cumulative rolling process, annealing and controlled cooling process to obtain the layered Ti-Ni shape memory composite.

More specifically, the method includes stacking titanium plates with nickel plates in Ti/Ni/Ti or Ni/Ti/Ni structure;

After that, the composite plate is preheated at 300 ~ 500℃ for 3 ~ 10min in the vacuum resistance furnace, and then the composite plate is rolled immediately with a single pass reduction of 40% ~ 70%, and then the rolling process is repeated for 1 ~ 10 times.

The laminated Ti-Ni shape memory composite was obtained by placing the cumulative rolled composite plate in an annealing furnace protected by vacuum or argon, holding it for 1h ~ 72h at a temperature of 300℃ ~ 1100℃, and then taking it out and cooling it to room temperature at a cooling rate of 30 ~ 60℃/min. The layered Ti-Ni composite material of the invention can make good use of the respective metal characteristics of Ti and Ni to achieve high specific strength, good plastic toughness, high fatigue strength, strong interface bonding, excellent electrical conductivity, non-magnetic, non-toxic, high corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility and other properties.
