Tantalum is a rare and precious non-ferrous metal, used in acid resistant equipment of chemical and chemical fiber industry, and can be made into tantalum spinneret for spinning production in chemical fiber factory.

Methods to improve hardness and strength are: low vacuum thermal oxidation treatment; Chemical deposition; Anodic oxidation; Physical processing; Vacuum nitrogen absorption treatment. However, the results are not ideal, hardness can only reach HV300, tensile strength is only 55 kg/mm2, can not meet the actual requirements of production, so as to cause waste of raw materials, equipment service life is short, reduce the production effect.

It is characterized by permeation bonding between tantalum matrix and lithium ion permeation bonding layer, and lithium ion permeation bonding layer and lithium ion membrane. The combination of the osmotic affinity layer and the tantalum spinneret matrix penetrates lithium ions into the tantalum spinneret matrix at a depth of 50μm ~ 60μm. The li-ion permeation-affinity binding layer is tightly bound to the li-ion membrane and never falls off. The thickness of the li-ion membrane is 4μm and the color is silver-gray. Hardness is HV700 ~ 815, tensile strength is 115 kg/mm2.
