A preparation method of high-purity niobium tube for multi-drawing molding includes the following steps: Step 1: Select high-purity niobium plate with RRR value greater than 330 to sanding and polishing its surface, and clean the surface of the plate; Step 2: Cut round according to the size of high-purity niobium pipe, and remove burr after cutting; Step 3: Install multiple forming molds on the pressure machine, insert the high-purity niobium circular plate with circular cutting into the multiple forming molds, start the press machine to complete the first stretch forming, and realize demodulation through the press machine's return trip force, and take out the high-purity niobium tube after one forming; Step 4: Install the multi-forming mold again on the pressure machine, load the high-purity niobium pipe after the first drawing into the multi-forming mold, start the press machine to complete the second drawing, and realize demodulation through the press machine's return trip force, and take out the high-purity niobium pipe after the second forming; Step 5: After cutting the flat of the high-purity niobium tube after secondary forming, pickling, and then high vacuum heat treatment of the high-purity niobium tube after pickling, is obtained.
