Niobium alloy has the characteristics of high melting point and low density and is widely used as additive in other alloys and aerospace industry. Nb could significantly improve the anti-oxidation performance of Y-alloy. On the other hand, Nb had a high solubility in the alloy, so high Nb alloying was possible. Chen Guoliang et al. conducted extensive basic research on T1-Al-Nb and developed earale alloys with a high Nb content. At the first Earale International Conference in 1995, Dr. Young-wonkim, chairman of the conference, reported that earale alloys with a high Nb content was the first to develop earale alloys at high temperature and high performance. The low purity of niobium aluminum alloy results in poor tissue stability and high temperature ectasia. At present, the production method of high purity niobium aluminum alloy only stays in the laboratory stage, and a simple and cheap industrial production method is continued.

Aiming at the above problems, a production method of high purity niobium aluminum alloy was proposed to realize the advantages of simple preparation method, low production cost and high purity niobium aluminum alloy. It can be widely used in the industrial production of high purity niobium aluminum alloy. To achieve the above purposes, the technical scheme adopted in the present invention is: a production method of high purity niobium aluminum alloy, including the following steps: the high purity niobium aluminum alloy ingot is prepared by combining vacuum electron beam melting and true blank consumable arc melting. High purity niobium and silver ingots can be prepared by electron beam suspension zone smelting.
