However, the temperature range can be extended to 850-1150 ℃ for the opening of the ingot, and the temperature can be lowered successively in the subsequent processing.

Titanium flange alloy thermal conductivity is poor, in the rapid deformation, the workpiece core temperature rises fast, due to the slow heat transfer and easy to cause overheating, and the workpiece surface temperature is low, and easy to form surface cracks, so the processing process should pay attention to grasp the deformation rate and deformation.
