With the development of aerospace technology, the performance of aerospace materials is improving. Among the various kinds of high temperature alloy materials such as tantalum, niobium, molybdenum and tungsten developed in various countries, niobium series alloys have been playing an important role in aerospace materials due to their excellent high temperature mechanical properties, machinability, low density and low cost.

C103 niobium alloy is used at 1400°C, short time 1500°C, tensile strength at 1500°C and 42MPa, which can not be matched by any iron or nickel base alloy. This alloy is widely used in spacecraft thermal structures, including various types of satellite and spacecraft radiation cooling orbit, and position control thrust chamber wall materials. But with the development of space technology, put forward a higher performance requirements of the engine, the corresponding requirements material has a higher temperature, looking for higher heat resistance materials in a abroad, such as rhenium successfully developed in the 80 s (iridium coating) material, high working temperature can reach 2200 ° C, but this kind of material is much heavier than niobium alloy, and scarce raw materials, processing complex.

The invention relates to a processing technology of niobium alloy plate, characterized by the following process steps:

A. The niobium alloy ingot is heated for the first time in the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace, and then the extrusion, pickling and hot processing are carried out. After cutting at a fixed size, the ingot is reheated in the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace to obtain the rolled thick slab;

B. Conduct the first pickling, repairing and heat treatment on the rolled thick slab; conduct the second pickling, repairing and heat treatment after the warm rolling; conduct the third pickling, repairing and heat treatment on the cold rolling to obtain the finished slab;

C. Carry out rolling, pickling, heat treatment, flatting, blanking and surface polishing of the finished products
