It USES steel alloys to increase hardness and increase melting point. It is an integral part of the Hastelloys brand of steel. Molybdenum is used in nuclear reactors and aerospace components. Nickel-molybdenum alloy has some advantages of molybdenum alloy, molybdenum and nickel.NS322 molybdenum-nickel alloy is the most widely used product in molybdenum-nickel alloy.

The content of carbon and silicon in molybdenum-nickel alloy is very low, which reduces the precipitation of carbon and other impurity phases in the welding heat affected zone. Therefore, the welding seam of molybdenum-nickel alloy also has enough corrosion resistance. NS322 molybdenum-nickel alloys have excellent corrosion resistance in reducing media such as hydrochloric acid solutions of various temperatures and concentrations. It is also highly resistant to corrosion in moderately concentrated sulfuric acid solutions (or in the presence of some chloride ions). It can also be used in acetic acid and phosphoric acid environments. Alloy materials have the best corrosion resistance only in the appropriate phase state and pure crystal structure.
