High temperature alloy refers to as the base, iron, nickel and cobalt in the high temperature of 600 ℃ above and must stress under the action of the long-term work of the kind of metal material, has excellent high temperature strength, good resistance to oxidation and thermal corrosion resistance, good fatigue properties, fracture toughness and other comprehensive performance, also known as "super alloy, mainly used in aerospace field and energy field.

High temperature alloy refers to as the base, iron, nickel and cobalt in the high temperature of 600 ℃ above and must stress long-term work under the action of metal materials; And has a high temperature strength, good oxidation and corrosion resistance, good fatigue performance, fracture toughness and other comprehensive properties. The superalloy is a single austenite microstructure, which has good microstructure stability and service reliability at various temperatures.

Based on the above performance characteristics, and high alloying degree of high temperature alloy, also known as "superalloy", is widely used in aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical, naval ships an important material. According to the matrix elements, high - temperature alloys are divided into iron - based, nickel - based, cobalt - based high - temperature alloys. High temperature iron base alloy using temperature generally can reach 750 ~ 750 ℃, the heat-resistant parts for use at higher temperatures, is adopted and refractory metal nickel based alloy. Nickel-based superalloy plays a special important role in the field of superalloy. It is widely used to manufacture the hottest end parts of aviation jet engine and various industrial gas turbine.

High temperature alloys have been widely used in the field of energy. Superheater and resuperheater must have good creep resistance, excellent oxidation resistance on steam side and excellent corrosion resistance on smoke side. In gas and electric gas turbines, high temperature corrosion resistant alloys with excellent high temperature corrosion resistance and stable long-term structure are required for turbine blade and guide blade. In the field of nuclear power, the heat transfer pipe of steam generator must be made of high temperature alloy with good corrosion resistance to solution. In the field of coal gasification, energy saving and emission reduction, high-temperature alloys with excellent properties of resistance to high temperature thermal corrosion and abrasion are widely used. In the oil and gas exploration, especially in deep well drilling, drilling tool in acid environment of 4-150 ℃, and CO2, H2S and sediment, etc, must use corrosion resistant wear resistant high temperature alloy.
