Titanium alloy capillary tubes refer to tubes made of titanium alloy materials with very fine inner diameters and wall thicknesses. They possess excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, and corrosion resistance, and are widely used in aerospace, medical and other fields. Generally, titanium alloy ingots are obtained from sponge titanium as raw material through melting, deoxidation and casting. Then, the ingots undergo homogenization treatment, sawing, peeling and other pre-treatment, and are sent into a heating furnace for heating. Next, they are perforated and extruded to obtain initial tubes. Then, they are drawn by a tube drawing machine. When the tube is drawn to a diameter less than 10mm, it undergoes heat treatment to restore plasticity and is coiled. Finally, it is sent into the coil drawing machine for further drawing to the finished product size, and then packaged and stored in the warehouse. In the aerospace field: It is used to manufacture pipes for aircraft hydraulic systems, fuel systems, air circulation systems, as well as fuel conduits for rocket engines, etc. Because it can maintain stable performance under extreme conditions, reduce equipment weight and improve fuel efficiency. In the medical field, it is used to manufacture tubes and connectors in extracorporeal circulation systems, medical gas delivery systems, and minimally invasive surgical instruments, such as vascular stents, due to its excellent biocompatibility and corrosion resistance.
