The manufacturing process of ultra-thin-walled tantalum capillaries first selects the metal material tantalum. The key processes include annealing process, stretching process and the use of dedicated stretching equipment. The beneficial effect of the present invention is that through the above-mentioned processing technology, several key technologies can be broken through, and ultra-thin-walled tantalum capillaries with a thickness of less than 0.03mm can be manufactured.
The key processes are as follows:
1. Annealing process requirements: Depending on the outer diameter and wall thickness, the annealing temperature should be controlled between 800 and 1200 degrees, with a holding time of 5 to 15 minutes. The temperature difference within the effective annealing temperature zone should not exceed 10 degrees. The vacuum level for annealing should be above 10-4, and it should be naturally cooled in a vacuum.
2. Requirements for the stretching process: For the manufacture of capillaries with a wall thickness of less than 0.1mm, the single elongation rate should not exceed 10%, and the cumulative total elongation over a cycle should not exceed 20%.
3. Select dedicated stretching equipment and adopt a vibration-free screw hydraulic pipe extender to reduce the problem of breakage during the stretching process.
The beneficial effect of the present invention is that after the above-mentioned processing and treatment, ultra-thin-walled tantalum capillaries with a thickness of less than 0.03mm can be manufactured.
