The cold processing technology of light curing forming avoids the burning and segregation in the melting/solidification process of conventional hot processing technology, and there is no solidification crack and reheat crack, which greatly reduces the accumulation of thermal stress and thermal deformation. At the same time, combined with specific degreasing and sintering process steps, to ensure that the forming parts have high density, improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the forming parts. In addition, the use of light curing forming can effectively realize the plasticity and complexity of the structure of the parts, and avoid the problems of high manufacturing costs and long construction periods caused by the composite manufacturing of various processes in traditional processing.
