Our pure zirconium UNS R60001 and zirconium alloy sheet & plate products all follow ASTM B-351, ASTM B-352 (Nuclear application) and ASTM B-551 (Non-nuclear application). Such as Zr702 (R60702), Zr705 (R60705), Zr-2 (UNS R60802), Zr-4 (UNS R60804), Zr-2.5Nb (UNS R60901, UNS R60904), Zr-1Nb sheet & plate and other alloys' sheet.

Serial Number Technology Process Description
1 ingot casting inspection composition reinspection, appearance inspection
2 β forging heated in furnace under temperature of 950-980˚C, insulated for 45 to 60 min, hot forging into slab, and the final forging temperature is >500˚C
3 β annealing heated in furnace under temperature of 1030-1050˚C, insulated for 45 to 60 min, water quenching
4 milling surface  
5 α hot rolling heated to 750-800˚C, insulated for 30-35 min
6 cold rolling to remove scales, acid pickling use sand blasting to remove scales, then acid pickling
7 surface repair  
8 cold rolling and intermediate annealing  intermediate annealing temperature 600-700˚C, insulated for 1h, vacuum degree 10-2-10-3 Pa
9 finishing rolling on sendzimir mill
10 degreasing cleaning  
11 final annealing annealing temperature 540-600˚C, insulated for 1h, vacuum degree 10-2-10-3 Pa
