The first tube blank is annealed by vacuum annealing furnace (the second annealing treatment), the vacuum is cooled by vacuum annealing furnace, and the vacuum degree of vacuum annealing furnace during the second annealing treatment is controlled to 2.5x10-3Pa, the furnace temperature is controlled to 900℃, and the annealing and holding time is 100min, and the second tube blank is obtained.

Polish the internal and external defects of the second tube blank clean, polish the internal and external scratches, folds, cracks and other defects of the second tube blank clean to ensure that there is no defect residue, and obtain the third tube blank.

Select the appropriate roll and cold rolling mandrel, and carry out multi-pass cold rolling on the three-high mill to ensure that the deformation of each pass is 20-30%, the total deformation of cold rolling is ≥ 80%, and roll the third tube billet to the finished size to obtain tantalum alloy tube.

The rolled tantalum tube was cleaned and processed by wire-cutting machine to obtain semi-finished pipe with each tube length of 12000mm.

The semi-finished pipe is annealed by vacuum annealing furnace (the third annealing treatment), and the control vacuum degree of the vacuum annealing furnace during the third annealing treatment is controlled to be 5x10-3Pa, the furnace temperature is 1450℃, and the holding time is 100min. The semi-finished pipe after annealing is cooled to obtain tantalum alloy seamless pipe. The final result is Ta-4Mo-4Re seamless tantalum alloy tube.
