Secondary emitter is an important component of magnetron. The tantalum foil primary emitter used for magnetron is easy to produce oxide layer and burr in the process of wire cutting in the edge of the emitter. Because the thickness of the tantalum foil primary emitter used for magnetron is only 20μm-30μm. The diameter is only φ 3, and the general electrolysis process cannot remove the edge burr and oxide layer of the emitter of this size by electrolysis, which is easy to lead to the excessive corrosion of the emitter itself and reduce the precision of the emitter, so that the launch cannot meet the requirements of high precision and high performance.

Therefore, on the basis that the existing technology cannot solve the technical problem, the present invention screening electrolyte and electrolytic process through a large number of experiments, so as to meet the method of removing the edge burr and indicated oxide layer of tantalum foil material used for magnetron with thickness of only 20μm-30μm and diameter of only φ 3. It has important application value.

The method of electrolytic deburring and oxide layer of tantalum foil material used in magnetron is characterized by the following steps: (1) Prepare electrolytic deburring and oxide layer solution at the concentration described in Claim 1 or 2, then pour the solution into a graphite container, and connect the graphite container with the positive pole of the rectifier; (2) The tantalum foil material used for magnetron is pierced and fixed by copper wire; (3) Switch on the rectifier power supply, open the start switch, dial to the regulator state, turn the knob, set the required voltage 1~5V, close the start switch; (4) Open the timer switch, adjust the setting of electrolytic time to 5~25s, close the timer; (5) Connect the primary emitter of tantalum foil material used for the magnetron with well-wired copper wire to the positive output pole of the rectifier, and immerse it all into the electrolytic deburring and oxide layer solution configured in step (1), and control the temperature of electrolytic deburring and oxide layer solution to 20~50°C; (6) Turn on the timer switch and the rectifier start switch to conduct electrolytic deburring and oxidation layer treatment on the tantalum foil primary emitter used for magnetron. When the electrolysis is over, turn off the timer switch and the rectifier start switch; (7) Take out the primary emitter of tantalum foil material used for magnetron, wash it with tap water, and then clean it with pure water for 5-30 seconds. Then dehydrate it with ethanol and dry it.
